Passion Fruit Vinaigrette
Our
fruity vinaigrettes offer a natural pallet of flavors, aromas and genuine tropical
textures. Parchita, Maracuya, or passion fruit are some of the denominations
used in different countries. It’s creamy consistency and intense yellow color,
present a product that has a balanced flavor, is slightly sweet, and has a
slight hint of acidity to give your food that special touch. Works great as a
simple dressing on salads or as a sauce to marinate fish and birds.
Ingredients:
Concentrated passion fruit, passion fruit pulp, sugar, ascorbic acid, oil, vinegar, water,
salt, prepared mustard, citric acid, thickener, stabilizer and preservative.
